ICC Citrus Belt - Inland Empire Chapter

February 2011, the Citrus Belt Chapter presented the "Code Profession of the Year" award to Jim,Barrett. Congratulations Jim! 

Jim Barrett C.B.O. has worked in the construction industry for 35 years.  He is currently employed with Willdan Engineering.  He was previously employed by the City of Banning as Building Official.  This is Jim's 2nd time to serve on the ICC Citrus Belt Chapter Board.
